Dear HELLIQ members,
The nomination period for the 2011 HELLIQ Society Council has now started.
All HELLIQ members can now nominate themselves or any other society member for the President, Vice-President, Membership Officer and Internet Officer posts. The entire procedure will take place in the WIN boards HELLIQ society forums*.
The nominations will be open from 15 till 23 December and the elections will consequently open untill 11:59 pm, 31 December 2010. The elections results will be confirmed by the 2010 HELLIQ Society Council and the WIN Executive Committee.

* Access to the WIN boards HELLIQ Society forum is only permitted to the society members. Any interested member could register an account at the WIN boards and consequently contact Marc-André Groulx, the 2010 HELLIQ President, or Evangelos Katsioulis, the WIN President, to have his/her account activated and gain access to the specialized HELLIQ Society forum.
