I am married, have two sons.

I am living in France, a few miles from Lille, a town near the Belgian border.

I work within the territorial administration as general manager of technical services of a public institution in charge of civil protection in the territory of the northern department (comparable to a county).

Besides hobbies of banal social life, I use to practice in amateur astronomy when the local sky is sufficiently clear.

The spectacle of a star field in the eyepiece of a telescope invariably plunges me into a state of oceanic consciousness in which time seems to stop.

When getting older, metaphysics and spirituality play an increasingly important part in my life.

I am interested especially in Hinduism, Buddhism, all that concerns the relationship between individual and collective consciousness.

I am fascinated by the mysterious connections between the underlying unity and explicit duality in any process of genesis (Nature), creation (culture, in its most extensive sense), and particularly in human genius.
